Have a smooth afternoon with one of my favs—Strawberry Avocado Smoothie

I usually do my smoothies with bananas, but a while back I was out, so I thought AVOCADO! The healthy fat blessing!
Avocados contain probiotics that help fight harmful tooth decay bacteria and can reduce the risk of cervical cancer.
An avocado is shaped like a pregnant uterus and has a swollen seed inside. It aids in the health of a woman's womb and the development of the bay. They even take up to 9 months to ripen.
They also make your smoothie creamy. Open your mind to something different...
INGREDIENTS
strawberries (handful)
AVOCADO (1/2)
almond milk (or dairy if you can)
organic vegan protein powder (1 scoop)
turmeric (a dash or two)
agave (splash if strawberries aren't sweet enough)
Blend it all in your mixer and sip! Believe me, it's delicious!
