The "Out Of Bananas" Smoothie

Have a smooth afternoon with one of my favs—Strawberry Avocado Smoothie

I usually do my smoothies with bananas, but a while back I was out, so I thought AVOCADO! The healthy fat blessing!


Avocados contain probiotics that help fight harmful tooth decay bacteria and can reduce the risk of cervical cancer.


An avocado is shaped like a pregnant uterus and has a swollen seed inside. It aids in the health of a woman's womb and the development of the bay. They even take up to 9 months to ripen.

They also make your smoothie creamy. Open your mind to something different...


INGREDIENTS

  • strawberries (handful)

  • AVOCADO (1/2)

  • almond milk (or dairy if you can)

  • organic vegan protein powder (1 scoop)

  • turmeric (a dash or two)

  • agave (splash if strawberries aren't sweet enough)

Blend it all in your mixer and sip! Believe me, it's delicious!
